Oversight & Logistics for Oklahoma State Roleplay
State-Wide Oversight & Authority
The Department of Public Safety acts as a general oversight factor for departments of all and any kind. Although they are oversight, they reserve the right to be able to hold authority granted to each department by the state. In other words, dependent on the situation a member of the Department Of Public Safety could be operating under the authority of a law enforcement officer. These instances however are rare.
Logistical Focus
Members of the department of public safety primarily focus on logistics work rather than being in game and patrolling. While we do host some events such as the department wide meeting, a majority of the work we do is logistics. When the department of public safety is in game they'll operate in a vehicle that bears the department of public safety's emblem with amber lights. If we're viewed in game it's likely we're handling an important in-game altercation.
Oversight Leadership
The department of public safety only has two members, the director and assistant director. These two members work together in order to operate the department of public safety and efficiently manage the departments within Oklahoma Roleplay.
